Work with me!
If you’re looking for a Christian therapist in Illinois, Ohio or North Carolina, you’re likely carrying more than you let on — anxiety that won’t quiet down, emotions that feel overwhelming, or a season of life that doesn’t look the way you expected. You don’t have to navigate this alone.
I offer online, faith-integrated therapy for women who want professional mental health care that aligns with their Christian values.
Who I Work With
I work with women who are:
-
Seeking Christian therapy that integrates faith and clinical care
-
Struggling with anxiety, chronic stress, or emotional overwhelm
-
Navigating postpartum mental health, identity shifts, or burnout
-
Healing from trauma or painful past experiences
-
Facing life transitions, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck
My practice is a good fit for women who want therapy that is thoughtful, grounded, and respectful of their faith — without pressure, assumptions, or spiritual bypassing.

What Therapy With Me Looks Like
Therapy is a collaborative process focused on healing the mind, body, and soul. My approach is trauma-informed, evidence-based, and intentionally faith-integrated for clients who desire Christian counseling.
Sessions are:
-
100% virtual, so you can attend from the comfort of your home
-
Typically 50–55 minutes
-
Personalized to your goals, pace, and needs
Faith is integrated thoughtfully and ethically — always client-led and never forced.
Licensing and Location
I am licensed to provide online therapy in:
-
Ohio as a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW)
-
Illinois and North Carolina as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
I serve clients throughout both states via secure telehealth.
Fees and Free Consultation
My practice is private pay, $150 per session. To help you feel confident in your decision, I offer a free 15-minute consultation call for women in Ohio and North Carolina. This allows us to talk through your concerns, answer questions, and see if we’re a good fit — before any financial commitment.
